Cub Carnival & Family Tech Night

Join us for an evening of fun, community, and learning at our Cub Carnival! This family-friendly event combines a short PTA meeting and digital safety presentation with an exciting carnival full of games, prizes, and food.

Families are invited to come early for a helpful conversation about raising kids in a digital world, then stay for a night of carnival fun with our school community.

  • Thursday, April 2
  • 4:15 PM – 4:45 PM – PTA Meeting & Digital Safety Presentation (location TBD)
  • 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM – Cub Carnival
  • School Field & Track Area

PTA Meeting & Digital Safety Presentation

Before the carnival begins, families are invited to attend a brief PTA meeting and digital safety presentation as part of the National PTA Connected: Ready, Tech, Go! program, supported by AT&T.

This short session will share helpful insights for parents navigating technology and devices with their children. We’ll explore what it means for kids to be “screen ready,” how families can build healthy digital habits, and how to have productive conversations about technology at home.

The Ready, Tech, Go program helps families:

• Understand how kids are using technology today
• Learn how to decide when children are ready for their own devices
• Explore tools and resources for creating a healthy digital environment at home

Families who attend the presentation will receive 10 bonus raffle tickets to use during the carnival.

Presentation Location:
Multipurpose Room
(Enter through the gate by the bus ramp and cafeteria doors at the back of the school.)

Pre-registration will be available, but is not required.
