About Me
Hi! My name is Melody Stewart Pacheco, and I am so excited to be teaching 2nd grade at Schwarzkopf this year! My husband and I live in Odessa with our dog, Sunny, and our little boy Elliott. I grew up in Georgia, but we recently moved to Florida to be closer to our families. When I'm not at school, I LOVE to read, spend time outdoors, explore new restaurants, travel, scrapbook, and see my family and friends.

Why I Chose Education
When I was younger, I always wanted to be a teacher. I loved going to school as a student, and I am passionate about learning and teaching others. Children are so special. They are FUN, willing to learn and try new things, excited about life, quick to forgive, and full of love. I want to surround myself with people who will motivate me to become a better person, and the children motivate me every day. I might be teaching academics, but they teash me SOO much more about living a full life.
