Hi! I’m super excited for this year! I got married to my husband in November, and we have one cat. I graduated from the University of South Florida and will be entering my fourth year of teaching. I was born and raised here in Tampa and attended Hillsborough County schools from Pre-K through 12th grade! In my free time, you can find me rollerblading, shopping, going to Disney, or spending time with my favorite people.

Why I Chose Education
Since the age of 5, I knew I wanted to become a teacher, especially for exceptional students. I’ve always loved the joy and curiosity children bring into the classroom. After working at the YMCA throughout college, I realized that helping children grow, learn, and feel supported was exactly where I was meant to be. I want to create the same kind of positive, engaging experiences that made me fall in love with learning. Seeing students grow in confidence and thrive is truly unparalleled.
